Reprints
If we made a mistake, we reprint it free. Here's what counts and how to ask.
Last updated October 2026. These apply during the beta and may change before full launch.
We reprint free when it's our mistake
- Printed at the wrong size, on the wrong material, or the wrong quantity
- Banding, streaks, smudges or color problems from our printer
- DTF transfers that won't release from the film or peel after pressing at the settings in our DTF guide
- Cut or trimmed in the wrong place
- Damaged in our shop before pickup or shipping
We can't reprint for file issues
- Spelling mistakes or wrong information in your art
- Low resolution, including art you ordered after a resolution warning
- Missing fonts or linked images
- Solid backgrounds on DTF art that you ordered after the background warning
- Overprints, overlapping art, or anything else that was in the file you sent
- Colors that differ slightly from your screen
The file check, resolution warnings and background warnings are there to catch these before you pay, so look them over. See File setup.
How to ask for a reprint
- Contact us within 7 days of pickup or delivery.
