Turnaround and shipping

Here's when your order starts, when it ships, and how you get it.

The 11 AM cutoff

The clock starts when your files pass our check. Files that pass by 11 AM Central start production that day. After 11 AM, they start the next business day. Business days are Monday to Friday.

Production time

• DTF gang sheets and pre-cut transfers: 1 business day.
• Signs and banners (coming soon): 2 business days for most sizes.
• Larger or more complex jobs: 3 to 4 business days. Roll labels: 3 business days.

Every product page and your cart show the ship-by date before you pay.

Rush

Rush takes 1 business day off production, down to next business day at the soonest. It adds 25% to the item price. Pick it on the product page or in the builder.

If a file has a problem

We email you right away with what's wrong and a link to upload a fix. Production starts once the new file passes, and the 11 AM cutoff applies again.

Free pickup in Arlington

106 A. E. Petsche Ct, Suite 120, Arlington, TX 76012. Mon to Fri, 8 AM to 5 PM CT. We email you as soon as your order is ready. Bring your order number.

UPS Ground

We ship UPS Ground anywhere in the US. Your cart shows an estimate based on the size of your order, and you'll enter your address at checkout. You get tracking by email the day it ships. Live UPS rates are coming soon.

Blind shipping for trade accounts

Trade accounts can ship in a plain box with their own ship-from address and no prices inside. Ask us about it, or see the trade site.
