Quick answers to the questions we hear most.

Ordering

What can I order online right now?: DTF transfers: the Gang Sheet Builder and Pre-Cut Transfers. Everything else is coming soon. You can ask for a quote on any product today.
Do I need an account?: No. You can check out as a guest with just your email. An account lets you see all your orders and save gang sheets.
Can I change or cancel an order?: Call us right away at (817) 581-2500. Once an order is printing we can't cancel it. A 30-minute change window is on the way.
Is there a minimum order?: Gang sheets have no minimum: order one sheet. Pre-cut transfers have a small minimum order, shown in the price box.

What files do you take?: PNG, JPG, WEBP, SVG and PDF, up to 500 MB each. For DTF, use a PNG with a transparent background.
What happens if my file has a problem?: We email you what's wrong and a link to upload a fix. Production starts once the new file passes.
Do you send proofs?: Not during the DTF beta. The builder shows you exactly what will print. Proofs for signs and banners are on the way. See Proofs.
Can you fix my art for me?: Send us a message with what you need and we'll let you know what we can do. AI fixes like upscaling and background removal are coming later.

How do I pay?: By card through Stripe's secure checkout. You can save your card for next time. We never see or store your full card number.
Do you charge sales tax?: We charge Texas sales tax on pickups and on orders shipped in Texas. Your cart shows an estimate, and the exact amount is calculated at checkout. See Sales tax.
Can I order tax exempt?: Trade accounts with an approved Texas resale certificate (Form 01-339) order tax exempt. Upload it when you apply for a trade account.
Do you offer Net 30?: Not right now. Trade accounts pay by card at checkout.

Where do I pick up?: 106 A. E. Petsche Ct, Suite 120, Arlington, TX 76012. Mon to Fri, 8 AM to 5 PM CT. We'll email you when it's ready.
How fast does it ship?: DTF ships in 1 business day once your files pass. Files that pass by 11 AM Central start that day. See Turnaround and shipping.
How do I track my order?: Use Track an order with your order number and email, or sign in to see all your orders.
